For the life of me, I'm still trying to understand why someone would place their snap collection in different folders. You have either snap.zip and/or unzipped images. It's logical to put them in one place.
Put snap.zip in \mame_snap_dir\snap.zip and the unzipped ones in \mame_snap_dir\snap\gamenames.???.
This is enough in my book. Scattering snap files in different paths is just wrong.
That is why my frontend doesn't support mulitple image paths per category... it simply makes to sense to me. Until someone can show me otherwise, I see no point in searching snaps (zipped or unzipped) in different folders.
Bugs ? Yes, the frontend was filled with them not so long ago. It started after merging my console/computer frontend EmuCon with the arcade frontend Emu Loader. I've been fixing a crap load of bugs for the past 5 months. The frontend is so much more stable since then.
