Probably still wip here and there because some roms from hardware components have not yet been found or dumped at this time. There is a limited support of software entries that are documented in the hash/trs80m2.xml file. That means they are documented and should run in MAME's emulation of TRS-80 Model II

Visit Bannister's forums, but no need to ask status of a specific hardware item, it will just happen when it happens. Some of the posters there also post here as well.
