Caveman Ninja Issues

Looking at the source code for cninja I've found this line in the comments:

"Caveman Ninja Issues:
End of level 2 is corrupt."

Looking the game emulated in mame and comparing with one PCB. I can't find any bug or corruption. Nothing about this at mametesters neither. Is this issue fixed? What kind of corruption the comment is about?
