Newb here.

Where does one report a MAME bug? In version 0.19X MAME will crash if there are no speakers connected to a Windows based PC. Discovered this accidentally after I disconnected my speakers and MAME would crash upon launch each and every time. Connect speakers or headset, and it works.

Secondly, is it possible to MAME 0.19X generate scanlines when using a GTX670 (Windows 10)? If so, how? They work perfectly using GTX1070 and HLSL (due to 100% DX12 compatibility). I'm assuming the answer is yes, as scanlines were possible prior to DX12, yet I can find no information on this.
