EDIT: Found it, it's spacelnc in MAME. A Nintendo game from 1979. -
My first guess was a game from the 8080bw.cpp file, but I didn't see anything similar. I overlooked the Nintendo entries being part of n8080.cpp

I haven't tried Space Launcher with latest version so I am not sure how close current emulation is to the video from a pcb running the game. I am guessing the video colors are still off a bit.

Looks like a Sega SG-1000 or Master system version -
That's what I was going with being a port version, but wasn't sure what system was being used with video. I see Borderline is supported as an entry within MAME's source SG-1000 hash file.
