The error says it can not find python. Python is required to build it. If you are using the mingw standard dev on windows you should be able to add in the PYTHON_EXECUTABLE=C:/python/python.exe parameter to your make build. Assuming that is where python is installed. Been awhile and someone else can chime in but I think the mingw setup has a python executable in there somewhere. Something like PYTHON_EXECUTABLE=c:/msys64/mingw64/bin/python.exe
