Unsure how Obama would have handled things, but it would certainly be much more after what took place in 2016 and what was suspected and eventually confirmed by Special Council Robbert Mueller and staff's investigations. Take note of Obama's scowl since he knew what Putin was doing at the time.

Since this country (United States) is stuck with a suspected mentally demented, diseased (various STD's etc) infected, dumb, dotard (word appropriately found via thesauraus with N. And thanks to one recent revelation regarding Trump's "furry circle" of hair, we might be bearing a monumental meltdown in the near future — because the public finally got a glimpse of what lies beneath.
When Trump boarded Air Force One on Feb. 1, it was a particularly windy day. As he marched up the red staircase, something spectacular happened by way of Mother Nature's #resist-ing: his hair was literally blown over by a gust of wind, revealing the landscape underneath his "contained island" of gauzy blond.
