"Trump's condition for Kim meeting is no nuclear, missile test" - Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin

This is what happens when an experienced staff working in the State Department is ousted and only folks left are janitorial staff, and couple of GOP lackeys and crooks running the State Department.

The Treasury Secretary position should not be in charge of foreign affairs just because the lead State Department (former Exxon CEO Rex T.) is currently away in another continent on other matters and gets sick (was not feeling well a couple days ago). There is a reason why there should be more than supposedly 25 people at State Department building at this time. And the dope in the office only knows how to speak "stupid" at campaign rallies.

The question now becomes.....if the State Department chairman is not able to handle the task if 'under the weather' who makes the decision of summit meetings? One would think 'Super Jared' but he was busy in Mexico meeting the President of Mexico and made the order to American Embassy staff in Mexico City of: Only a private meeting between myself and government of Mexico...no US embassy staff will attend.

So while the leaders are either away in other regions of the globe and some proposed summit is to take place....the decision maker then becomes Russia's V. Putin and he proposes the meeting take place at his place in Moscow because he knows the dope in the office is his lackey who owes Putin money for past loans etc. (ie: a compromised Kompromat)

Granted the supposed summit will be for show, and nothing really being done other than order the dope in office to undo all the sanctions against both N. Korea and Russia and maybe have him hand off any remaining leftover USA top secret documents that Russia doesn't have yet.
