The GT cabs were conversions anyway. We ended up buying a few new empty cabs for the 2001 kits, fashioning control panels for them (my business partner was a wiz at building control panels) and selling off the older 2000 kits. Now that's a travesty. I once had a Street Smart in a butchered Tron cabinet. They even left the black light fixture and panel below the control panel, and turned the marquee around, painted it with primer, and stuck the SS marquee on the other side. It had the typical shit gray paint over the sideart as well. A tragic conversion to possibly the worst game ever designed (at least IMO)...
