Lots of confusion today... whether it be a defense lawyer that was reported to have been fired earlier, refuting that story and still claiming to represent Gates. And earlier reports of Gates talking to Mueller's staff now being denied.
The good thing is Mueller's staff is consistent with indictments and those won't be wavering whatsoever.
Multiple links for those interested.
-- New indictment against Paul Manafort and Rick Gates A grand jury in Virginia has returned a new indictment against Paul Manafort and Rick Gates, per new filing from the special counsel's office.

New Mueller indictment: "Manafort, with the assistance of Gates, laundered more than $30,000,000, income that he concealed from" the Dept. of Treasury, DOJ, and others
Gates has NOT flipped, & "is not about to make a deal with the Special Counsel Robert Mueller" https://www.democraticunderground.com/100210275094
Update: Tom Green says he is still representing Rick Gates & filed in court for him today

A good description with what awaits both Manafort and Gates. A no win scenario for either of the two.

And the best part is this stack, shown yesterday, has yet to be unsealed.

'Today I learned that at the DC federal courthouse, they use this very pleasing old-school font for the word "SEALED" on documents such as this one, filed today in the Paul Manafort case.'
