Video Amp on k7000

I have a k7100 board I am trying to get to work with the crtemu driver on an ati card. I can get everything to work except the v-hold is insanely sensitive and causes the screen to roll.

Board has a new cap kit installed, I also put on a new remote board thinking it was bad pots, I still can't get it to stop rolling.

I believe it to be a sync issue. The old game used both H- and V- for the sync, and worked without any issues.

I have tried connecting my composite sync to both h- and tying h- and v- together with the composite sync with no effect. I have even added 1k-10k resistors on the sync line trying to stabilize it, again no effect.

I'm wondering if my board is some odd revision that just doesn't like composite sync. Or perhaps the signal is too low causing the problems. In either case it looks like the video amp board should solve my problem? Or at least let me try to run both v- and h- sync?
