Maybe an odd question but I've not seen it asked yet:
How does MAME handle using either of them? Is it just automatically done when run or do you trigger it through MAME or other games & such?
I haven't upgraded video cards or monitors lately so I have not looked into it very much or even have any ideas on using either yet. Is 1 superior to the other?
Usually in these 2 format type kind of wars 1 of them outdoes the other after a couple years but I don't really see either taking the lead so far...Is it pretty much still "I'm an Nvidia guy I like G-Sync!" deal & then find a monitor manufacturer you like that implements your tech into their screens?
Just wondering since I'm going to need to upgrade eventually.
