Swap out Mini-Pac for a U-HID?

I'm leaning towards ordering a U-HID for my needs. I think I have Mini-PAC with harness. Can I just swap these boards and plug the same harness in and be good to go?

Also, is the U-HID capable of outputing Xinput?
