If the alt-righters (supposed kindler gentler Neo Nazis that carry tiki torches at night gatherings in Virginia) want their own turf, I say move every one of them to Puerto Rico and move all citizens of Puerto Rico into US mainland. That way maybe the IQ level might go up a bit in the US mainland. Besides the alt righters and their tiki torches (see Charlotesville marches in August 2017) will go hand-in-hand with tropical environment of Puerto Rico.
The land name will need to be changed....maybe 'Dumbville'? It sounds fitting imo.
