Beverly Young-Nelson didn't say anything herself until Moore kept claiming the previous accusers such as (Ms. Corfman....who was 14 years of age in 1979 when she and her mother were at one of the courts in a family hearing and Moore, DA then, was willing to wait outside the hall with accuser while her mother had to attend a court hearing inside one of the courtrooms) were liars and didn't have any proof.

That is why Beverly Young-Nelson (now a Californian resident) decided to see Allred and see if Allred would be willing to have a press conference so a photo in the high school yearbook would offer some sort of proof against Moore's claims that he didn't have anything to do with underage teenagers.

I updated my old post to include the new details regarding the photo from Beverly Young-Nelson's high school yearbook. Allred and staff should have been certain beforehand that all the writing was from Moore and none of Beverly Young-Nelson's writing. Gloria blew it on that part of not being certain. Another example of Gloria's work being tarnished because of her own mistake. At this point, maybe unfortunate future victims need to seek services from a different soCal region attorney.

*A specific update to the photo in the high school yearbook*

Beverly Young-Nelson admitted that she herself had added a bit of info after Moore's signature.

Love, Roy Moore,

The following text seen in yearbook photo was written by Beverly

-
"D.A.
12-22-77
Olde Hickory House"
-

What supposedly happened is Beverly Young-Nelson didn't admit that info to attorney Gloria Allred because Gloria Allred had probably mistakenly assumed all the words and numbers were written by Moore when Moore was signing the yearbook back in 1970s.

Gloria probably did not do her part of vetting/interrogating the accuser about the info contents written to the yearbook. This is another unfortunate example with Gloria Allred making matters worse for both victim and herself and shooting her own credibility. That was why Moore voters and Moore were accusing Beverly Young-Nelson's yearbook as being fraudulent evidence over last couple weeks.

imo if clients are looking for legal help, maybe start elsewhere and don't deal with Gloria Allred and her daughter Lisa Bloom (also an attorney).

Yep as you do recall yourself....Moore had been disbarred years earlier when he brought the Ten Commandments granite bloc monument to Alabama Supreme courthouse and would not have it removed. He dared Alabama lawmakers, the Alabama governor, US Supreme court, and the Alabama state bar association to do something about it and they did over time.

Moore was appropriately bashed in by refusing to have Ten Commandments monument removed as was ordered. His working attorney license was revoked by state bar after he was kicked off of Alabama state supreme court. I didn't bother looking for other topics.

The AL GOP had other candidates, but the crazy voting bloc insisted on choosing the worst, worst GOP candidate with lots of baggage (sort of like HRC) and they hurt themselves. L. Strange could have won the general election, but the AL GOP crazies decided to listen to Bannon and Breitbart newspaper advice and choose Moore during the primary. They have only themselves to blame.
