Man, you know damn well there's a difference between "kissing without asking" when you're romantically involved with a chick, you know each other pretty well and are getting down, and just up and kissing a chick who only knows you in a professional environment or only knows you at all.

Don't make bullshit excuses just because your political views happen to align with Franken's. Being a creepy shit is something that people of all political parties should be able to get behind, making excuses for the dude being creepy is the same shit that the Republicans are doing by making excuses for Roy Moore being a pedo (okay, "ephebophile/hebephile"). In both cases what was being done was strictly legal - in Roy Moore's case, he had the family's blessing - but it's still creepy as fuck. They should knock it the fuck off.

It's easy to find romance elsewhere than where you work. I'm fuckin' gay and work in a primarily male work environment, but as far as I'm concerned my coworkers could just as well be robots, I don't even feel the inclination to want to get down with a coworker at all. You just don't screw the crew, man.
