CIA... or US & Israel. I can see why they'd want to sabotage Iran (for fear of weaponizing uranium, that they could then use to attack Israel). But Russian based Kaspersky found out who it was that made Stuxnet. Which might just be another reason why persons such as Hillary and McCain like the idea of going to war with Russia.
