Who here likes to teach? Care to do a VS tutorial?

I really hate VS. It complains about missing headers that aren't even external to the above source! Everything seems so much more simple using ubuntu bash (but I don't know how to build a Windows executable with it).

Edit: Huh. I installed mingw from within ubuntu bash and changed 1 line in the Makefile to
CC = x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc

Other than a couple of warnings, it built and it appears to run under Windows. Is this ok in practice?

Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!
