Nice. I had thought that didn't use any chips storing data. This also makes an interesting moment to deal with for time being because the other known Midway non-cpu games that use proms would be treated as clone entries in src/mame/drivers/ramtek.cpp
.....that is in case anyone does have Midway Leader or Midway Ball Park pcbs for dumping proms from.

As for Wheels II proms for now, someone would have to create a brand new future source file in MAME source and have the proms stored/documented in a future created source file known as:

src/mame/drivers/midttl.cpp

Reason is because most of the Midway games are in source files with "mid" prefix filename at this time. src/mame/drivers/mid*.cpp

As already mentioned before, other Midway games with proms not yet dumped [Midway Leader, Midway Ball Park] would be treated as clones to already documented/dumped Ramtek games. For now [unless verified and fully documented later], it seems Ramtek was the company that licensed to Midway and Midway renamed their games as Leader and Ball Park.

src/mame/drivers/ramtek.cpp

GAME( 1974, wipeormt, 0, ramtek, 0, ramtek_state, 0, ROT0, "Ramtek", "Wipeout (Ramtek) [TTL]", MACHINE_IS_SKELETON )

GAME( 1974, bballrmt, 0, ramtek, 0, ramtek_state, 0, ROT0, "Ramtek", "Baseball (Ramtek) [TTL]", MACHINE_IS_SKELETON )

So if anyone does have Leader pcb or Ball Park [multiple pcb hardware rack], those would be welcomed additions.
