1) It's not naked, it's got underwear on. The word you are looking for is "topless".
2) 7 Days To Die is an absolutely brilliant survival/crafting game which has seen consistent and regular updates since it first came out in 2013. The gameplay at this point runs incredibly deep and it's tough as nails to actually survive long enough to reach some of the later game mechanics, like electricity. If "hurr hurr undead boobs" is the most notable thing for you, that's sad. You should consider talking to your care-taker about your hyper-sexual urges, because normal people don't behave that way.
