Still trying to wrap my head around some of the allegory. Why the bees, and inserting his hand in the hive, and the swarm on his hand after. And for bees, where are the flowers/foliage? And with the lone flower by the dead tree... it all has related purpose. Still contemplating it all. Sexual allusions to barrenness (dead tree), the emergence of life there (the lone flower), impotence in contrast to fertility of bees. The insertion of his hand into the honeywell was obvious. The whole entire scene is worthy of herbs and Pink Floyd discussion to get my head around it.
Was anyone else thinking "Kreager" with the holigraphic girl friend?
