Yeah, I understand the problems for the video maker. I could be tempted to promote such machines on the official forums with a basic write up of how to get something interesting out of them.
It's the Dragon 64 Plus, essentially an add-on board for the Dragon 64 providing more RAM and an 80 column display output for running FLEX, OS-9, etc. The easiest way to see it in action is to load system200c from the softlist, and type BOOT. If BOOT fails (due to issue with DOS cartridge) then retype until it boots!
