Assuming it uses film reels and several projector units with each projector unit playing a specific film while the other remaining film projectors have lenses shut during gameplay, one can imagine the complicated operation of this game.

Each film reel will have the female model in different stages of clothes on or off. When a player's light gun hits the target on the specific portion of the projection screen, the current film projection unit will have a cap cover the lense while another projection unit's cap will uncover and display that specific film reel. I am guessing maybe 5 to 10 projection units with each having its own film reel. It's doable, but just over the top.

That's why laser disc systems made sense when the 1980s era Status' Strip Poker arcade game was marketed.
