The games are modified versions of the Humble and Steam versions. While the Humble ones are basically a modified Nebula with the roms in a zip file, the Steam versions use modified roms.
You're better off waiting for SNK to run another Humble with the games. That way you pay less AND don't give them any money because they don't want quality, they would rather pay DotEmu to shit out a crappy Nebula hack instead.
