They couldn't afford to get the real actors. Nor could they just use their images/likenesses without a hefty price as well (I'm sure). Either by means of photo manipulation, or artistic license (and hiring a painter would probably not be worth the price either). All for pinball machine.
I've even thought of them posing some wax sculptures for the pic... But that probably wouldn't work either.
Now, if it were collectible glasses from a fast-food place? They'd be good to go!
