"TRY Corporation" is the name of the company credited with making the game.
Unfortunately, there's no game manufacturer on the title screen. The MAMEdevs who worked on the driver (mainly Haze) guessed that it might be the same developers behind Crux / Orca / Kyugo games based on hiscore table, Gyrodine pinout, clocks etc.
The following magazine also linked "TRY" and "Planet Probe" (プラネット・プローブ): http://s-sasaji.ddo.jp/bm/bm198504.htm A scan of the pages in which it's mentioned would be great.
Also, according to ShimaPong (in the comments at Haze's blog: https://mamedev.emulab.it/haze/2012/11/06/italy-gets-a-planet-probe-part-1/), according to the VGL (Ultimate Video Game List) published by A.M.P. Group, this game is listed on "Unreleased" game page and the manufacturer is listed as "TRY".
