I did some poking around in our email archives but couldn't find any additional information about these game titles or any other Cidelsa games other than the ones supported by MAME.
Google wasn't very helpful either.
It's possible they were game names registered and trademarked by Cidelsa that were never actually produced.
As for Planet Probe, in the years since its being added to MAME, a flyer was posted to Twitter and I archived it at the Planet Probe page at Undumped wiki. Not Flyer Fever quality scan, but it's something. https://mamedev.emulab.it/undumped/index.php?title=Planet_Probe
