required condition: CHD format itself must fully preserve necessary disk data. current CHD core/format do not preserve full TOC, not support multi-session disks, not really support DVDs (currently they are compressed as HDDs). until this will be implemented - in my honest opinion, there no good reason in adding to MAME dumps which uses/have mentioned above.
