Dude, Mexicali (yes, that is the name of my hometown!) cuisine is all sorts of weird. We've got Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, American, Brazilian, and more recently, HAITIAN influences.
Even when it comes to Mexican border towns, we're weird. :P
