MAMEWorld Forums - Ultimarc - ipac 4 pre 2015 driver install failure

I purchased my Ipac 4 in 2006 for a 4 person cabinet however I never seemed to get the time to build it, Well now I'm building it but I'm having some problems. first off I have a new computer as of 2015 and it runs Windows 10 have loaded the Winpac 2.0.8 software the pc seems to detect the Ipac controller as a second Keyboard and the winpac software seems to see the inputs when I press some of the buttons or move the joystick. the problem is when I try to progam the controller it says Driver install failed try to reinstall with board connected and restart. but nothing seems to work. am I missing something or am I doing something in the wrong order? any help would be greatly apreciated
