There are sliders which can be used to adjust the volume for each of the sound chips there in the TAB -> Slider Controls options. ALT+LEFT ARROW will zero out a given setting.. ALT+RIGHT ARROW will max a setting. If you want to go back to 100% (normal) you need to hold the arrow key for a few seconds to bring the levels back up.
That would likely be the closest you'll have available to you.
