Question: Are the plugins supposed to stay active after shutting MAME down & restarting?
Mine is creating the plugins.ini but it doesn't save any changes at closing. Then, even if you edit it, MAME over-writes it the next time you run it. Even if I make it read only MAME ignores it & all plugins start off de-activated anyway.
I imagine it's not supposed to work this way, so what am I doing wrong or is it a temp bug?
