I've experienced this for quite some time and have never been able to identify why this occurs.
While I know you can drop the HASH folder XML files into CLRMamePro to scan software lists, CLRMamePro can also extract those lists from the executable it seems (if I'm wrong on this, please let me know)
However, while CLRMamePro will check for the presence (or absence) of disk/rom images for certain systems like ibm5150 or appleiigs; it's perfectly happy to totally ignore the images for other systems like the Sharp X68000.
Now, if I drag the X68000 XML into CLRMamePro, I can setup the profile and scan the images, but I'm still not sure why checking the box next to the X68000 softwarelist when extracted from the EXE doesn't check for anything.
Any clarification would be appreciated.
