Found a video of an arcade machine on an aussie forum
Hope this is of some use to someone.
Note that Callus is frame identical to this machine (besides some random sound speedup issues).

On the main site where that video was posted, there's another guy with a "too fast" version who's playing on an xbox 360 pad. Clearly an emulated version.
You can also tell this is an emulated version by the POST RAM test being far too fast (Callus shows the speed as a real machine did).
Only the first one (which I showed above) is an arcade machine being recorded.
Note that Super SF2 turbo (USA) on T3 is also too fast, as well as Hyper Street fighter 2 Anniversary edition (Turbo 3 on USA versions, Turbo 4 on japan region). Note that on Hyper street fighter 2, "Turbo 0" is the throttled SSF2 / WW/CE speed, but on the USA version, this can only be set in the service menu. Free Select is T1-T3, which range from slightly too fast to way too fast.
Currently, "Turbo 1" on Super SF2 turbo is equal to what Turbo 3 is on the real machine board. T3 is too fast. I was one of the few people who used to play on an unlocked selection SSF2T machine and I always played on Turbo 1. Most were factory set to T3 and the Evo tournament setting used was T3.
On the Japan version, "Turbo 4" is the setting that can only be set in the service menu, which is very interesting, as "Turbo 4" is equal to the USA version's Turbo 3. Turbo 3 on the Japan version is very close to arcade perfect compared to the original Super Street fighter 2 turbo on Turbo 3, and Turbo 4 is just unplayable fast. Please take note of this (I had the pleasure of finding a Jamma board to compare with Mame on my laptop).
