This issue is caused by switching resolutions to one with a higher refresh rate than Asteroids to give me 100% speed. If I use my monitors default resolution with 60Hz refresh, the asteroid outlines are solid and sharp but the speed is only 60%. I'm using HLSL. Aside from frame skipping, are there any other settings I can try to bring up the speed?
