I'm free-form in self-exploration, mostly just encouraging Big Mind to reveal itself to me. So, rarely have I had complex lucid dreams.
The other night I was in a dream, and then woke into another dream from that one. The second dream was primary to the first one, and I remarked about it to the people in that dream scene. And then....I realised that too was a dream, and wondered what I could do with it. So I pulled up from it, just a little, but not out of it. Then let it fall a little back in, then out a little more, and back. Then out enough that I could feel my body in this reality, and held it. Then enough to feel the space I was in. And then totally out of the dream.
I haven't been so involved, and....testing. Some things of note in the last two weeks are that I've baked only once, over a week ago, with the inclination to not any longer; my dreams have gotten more memorable, more frequent. And I've woken with serious wood for that last few mornings. This past night, it woke me up, and just wouldn't go away. None of my dreams were sensual or sexual; I rarely have violence in my dreams, not even super hero cartoon violence; erection is simply a sign of vitality. Of lack of occlusion.
