At least one guy on the internet says that that monitor has a freesync range of 48-75Hz. I'd hate to spend my money and find out that he was wrong and it really is 60Hz max. But I'm fine with spending your money. Do it for science!
I went with a 40in 4K TV for a monitor for now. Tops out at 60Hz, 4:4:4 color isn't working right, and the motion blur is more than I'd like. So maybe I need a freesync/gsync monitor to go with it.
