Scanline Screen Height ini setting

So I've recently been playing around with hlsl settings and have come to a point where I really love where I'm except 1 thing. If I change Scanline Screen Height to .80 in the sliders it looks perfect to me, but I cannot find a way to set that in the ini. Is there a way?
