I fixed the green color overlay to more closely match the real Fallout 3 Terminal. See first screenshot below.

I might do one more update in a day or so. I'm still not 100% happy with the color.

Note: If you use HLSL you might have to tweak the settings in the Slider Controls to get the overlay to look right.
