Actually the guy who had the board with the bad chip (jon) sent info and pics of the board to the french site mkkombo. The guy who runs that site assumed it was turbo 3.5 because it was still unknown at the time what it was. Turbo 3.5 was shared to me years ago by video from a guy who no longer would talk to me and he also had a hack called Super Kombo Roms and the Black Ninja Edition. Also he showed a video of a turbo version of mk2. I don't know why he quit talking to me but I doubt he would be willing to share any of those anyway. Reptile man is what shows up instead of insert coins at the title screen, so thats the only thing I know to call it since it is in fact based off of revision 4.0.
