I'm sorry I sold my cab a long time ago. I do have a board, but looks like it's missing the same stuff yours is.

I did a board repair once on one the score wasn't incrementing. IIRC, I was able to figure out what the chips were doing by looking at a pong schematic. You could probably figure it out by seeing what chips they connect to.
