Also, there is no way to change the Hi path. The new mame.ini that is generated does not include a Hi path. And trying to manually insert the path into mame.ini doesn't work. So as of now, there's no way to change the directory where the high score files get saved. Currently, it must be saved in the Hi directory in the root directory of mame.exe.

To sum it up, the Plugins path and the Hi path cannot be customized.
