This bug is caused by Emu Loader. For the future, please post bugs reports in Emu Loader forum, thank you.
Hardware Stretch is not supported by MAME anymore. Current Emu Loader build is not yet updated to account for these changes.
I'm writing a function to disable all settings not used by MAME (not found in mame.ini), but also trying to keep compatibility with older MAME builds.
