MiniPAC - Sshift Question

Hello folks!

I am having issues setting up shifted keys using the latest version of WinIPAC (v2). I have selected my shift key, and selected "shift actions" on other keys. But, I don't seem to get the anticipated response.

I'm sure I'm overlooking something. Any help would be appreciated.
