Depends on what you like.

I think I used Apocalypse Now to pop the cherry on my home theater. But, there are a lot of good visual and audio movies that have come out more recently: Avitar, Wall-E, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Dark Knight, etc... The Fifth Element is always a classic and it was just remasterd in 4K.

If you are looking for more of an audio demo, Master and Commander and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen come to mind.
