Your first post was on 03/26/13 12:10 PM and you revisit the old thread on 02/09/16....almost 3 years in the making...but fortunately Stiletto now has the game name covered for you so I guess revisiting the old thread nearly 3 years later was worthwhile since it gave Stiletto time to find everything.

Finding the name will be easier than finding the pcb. It might be a modified pcb that looks similar to Taito Space Invaders 8080 hardware pcbs and maybe sought after by various collectors in Japan/Asian region. It will be tough finding that unless ShouTime [emufriendly contributor] might be able to find that pcb. 1970s/early 1980s games from Japan region are expensive, and what remaining games not yet emulated from that era will require extra money to be spent. The last one that comes to mind is Nintendo's Monkey Magic which went into the 4 figure dollar spent range iirc.
I am also guessing the game will use discrete / analog audio for generating sound effects. Even if a pcb were found and roms dumped...and game is emulated...the audio will be missing unless someone that has EE skills like couriersud can emulate the analog audio components.
