Here it is. Killer stuff. Not too smoky, but not whitebread in any way. Very little sweetness as well.
Any easy method with chicken is in the crock pot: one pound of dark meat in pot, coat with barbecue sauce (it'll get juicy, so I don't flood it with sauce), then let sit overnight in fridge, or just cook right then for three hours. Comes out Per-fec-to!
Fifteen to twenty minutes more for each pound of chicken. Might wanna add some more garlic and salt to the sauce afterward, due to the chicken juice. Or, quickly braising the chicken on the stove, to brown/sear it, then throw in the crock.
