Getting a bit tired of pop-up boxes....

No. Not Pop-Ups. Just having a box to pop-up and linger when I barely, or even quickly move my mouse over something. Used to be, it would stay up like it's doing now if I actually left my mouse over something, but now I have to go over another link or whatever to get rid of the one that came up first.
*sigh*
