I think someone mentioned this app in my 'new drive' thread months ago.
This is killer. Free and full-featured. I used it today with my theatre rig, where I'd gotten a 640gb drive and copied a 465gb image to it. I extended both C (system) and D (data) partitions into the unallocated space. Real simple to use, and didn't need re-starting even for at least the D partition, but regardless is automatic once you press 'apply'.
I'd donate, but there's no donate button.
