Console AV Cable Adaptor Question

I had a question about the two types of Console AV Adaptors (i.e. "PSX AV to J-PAC/Speaker Adaptor" and "PSX AV to Arcade Monitor/Speaker Adaptor").

Is the actual cable the same on both of them, but one just comes with a separate, removable video amplifier plugged into it that has the screw connections?

Andy replied to me in an email and said:
"The cable is soldered to the PCB, and the 2 PCBs are different to each other so you cant change one to the other."
